Terms of Use

This policy explains the activities permitted on Invatron's web site and the rules governing its use. Access is granted based on the terms and conditions posted. Agreement with these terms is constituted by repeated use. If you do not agree with these conditions, do not use this site.

Limited Use

No part of this site may be may be reproduced in any form or by any means whatsoever, without prior written permission. Any use in a manner different from the purpose expressly stated, may be a violation of law, subject to prosecution. Nor does permission to access the site confer to you any form of right or privilege to own or possess the information. These restrictions extend to any copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret information held by Invatron or any other owner who's mark appears on this site. Invatron reserves the right to change this policy from time to time at its sole discretion. The terms that apply are the terms posted at the time of use.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Every reasonable effort is made to add new content and keep this site up to date. No warrantee of quality or fitness for any particular use or purpose is expressed or implied. The content is subject to change without notice. Invatron will not be held liable for any loss or claim to the maximum extent permitted by law. By accessing this site, you concede that should any dispute arise, the federal and provincial courts sitting in Toronto, Ontario, Canada have jurisdiction.

In accessing the site, you indemnify and hold Invatron harmless from any direct or indirect claim or demand arising from reliance on the site's information or contents. You accept full responsibility for any of your actions including but not limited to submitting content, posting content, your use of the site, your connection to the site or failure to observe the Terms of Use. These conditions extend to any legitimate claim or demand from a third party.

Downloads and Materials Use

Use of the Invatron site is different for public and registered users. Public information is posted to promote trade and should not be relied on for any other purpose. Private sections provide information to registered users based on partnerships or pre-arranged maintenance agreements. Every time you access private information, we require you to log on to protect the privacy of information. Normally, the only information visible is the information we have agreed to share.

Invatron provides registered users with product manuals, technical and update information in a combination of HTML or PDF formats. Users can copy one manual per software license based on the licensing agreement, or request additional copies for training and related purposes. See the Permissions section of the Copyright page. Application or utility files that enhance a product or solve an issue may be posted by Invatron Support staff for registered users to download.

User Submissions

You may submit to this site content that is owned by you, approved for submission by the owner, or freely distributed to the public without restriction. Any information you post is considered public unless marked confidential. Submission confers to Invatron a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to modify and use the information for the purpose expressly stated by the sender. Invatron accepts no responsibility for any information that is misused, lost or modified and can delete or remove the content at any time without prior notice or liability.

Regular correspondence including but not limited to bug reports, comments, piracy reports or product suggestions become the sole, irrevocable and worldwide property of Invatron Systems Corp. You also agree that Invatron can use any ideas, concepts or techniques arising form the correspondence any way it wants. Your identity will remain anonymous unless you give us permission to identify you, we notify you of publication in writing, or we are required to disclose your identity by law.

Prohibited Communication

You are not allowed to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or similar material that would violate the rights any other person or entity. This includes submissions to or downloads from this site regardless of the source of the material. Violators may be subject to criminal prosecution.

Termination of Access

Any prohibited communication, violation of other users rights, or act that threatens Invatron Systems Corp., may result in user access being restricted or terminated without prior notice or liability. Where due process can be shown, Invatron will also terminate the account of any user who infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
