Auchan USA Chooses PLUM / April, 2001
Auchan USA recently installed PLUM 4.0 Host and Store in both of their hyper-market stores in the Houston area of Texas. Auchan is a French retailer, specializing in the operation of hyper-market stores world-wide. They have stores in 14 countries from China to France, Luxembourg, Mexico, Poland, Taiwan and beyond.
Each Houston area store is nearly 300,000 square feet in size. Auchan offers more than 100,000 consumer items to 50,000 customers each week. PLUM Scale Management will help Auchan with the fresh food side of its operations by ensuring data integrity throughout the enterprise with respect to item and pricing maintenance.
