eatZi's implements ePLUM Scale Manager / November, 2004
Invatron is pleased to announce that eatZi's Market and Bakery has installed ePLUM Enterprise Scale Manager to support the weigh-label equipment at all their locations.
With operations in four large metropolitan centers, eatZi's data integrity challenges are accentuated by the large geographic area they cover. ePLUM minimized this problem by making each scale visible to a central location so that files can be updated in a timely and consistent manner. All eatZi's locations can now get their scale data maintained centrally and sent directly to the scales through ePLUM's Enterprise Scale Manager. Instead of continually monitoring this system, pro-active alerts will notify staff if attention is needed. With TCP/IP enabled scales and no software required at store level, eaTzi's will realize an expanded set of available features along with a significant savings in overhead.
