PLUM Store uses roll forward logic to ensure data integrity, the number one goal of any scale management system. Batches stay open until successfully applied to the department scales. PLUM Store uses system configuration settings to validate the data for specific scale types.
What’s more, when used in conjunction with PLUM Host, PLUM Store can even help coordinate pricing between stores. A head or regional office can maintain the same item in one database for all in-store applications. This ensures price integrity between all your points of sale and your scales.
The fresh food activity tracker
PLUM Store ships with a suite of field-proven pre-set reports. They enable you to track critical information about fresh food operations such as import, transmit, and merge activity. PLUM Store’s reports can easily show you PLU, ingredient, and nutrition information for each department. And using PLUM Store’s extensive sorting options, you can easily highlight the most relevant data.
Closing the scale information loop
PLUM Store automatically synchronizes scale data between the store and its scales. In conjunction with Invatron’s PLUM Host, PLUM Store can close the information loop between host, store, and scale. PLUM Store automatically keeps a separate copy of the last PLUM Host transmission to easily detect any changes made at the store level through a customizable Host-Store Audit report.
