Ensuring the health and safety of our people and customers is our top priority right now. Given the growth in the number of cases of COVID-19 in North America and continued uncertainty around the world, we are undertaking additional measures to protect our people, their families, our clients, and communities. We value your business and our goal is to ensure that we continue to provide you with a high level of service and support.

Like you, we are continuously monitoring information from official health organizations and are adjusting for business continuity in changing scenarios. Here are some of the steps we’ve taken:


Ensuring Continued Technical Support 

Our people continue to have access to our support ticket tracking software, customer database as well as all other relevant materials to perform our daily duties. We will continue to follow your security protocols to support your environments remotely. You can continue to reach our Periscope and E-Plum support desks, respectively, via e-mail (Periscope periscope@invatron.com or E-Plum support@invatron.com) or via phone 1-888-867-7586.    


Delivering and Maintaining Service to you

We realize that business must continue as usual wherever possible, which includes continuing to provide you with the level of service that you expect and require. As a firm, we have invested in technology to ensure that our business professionals can work remotely. Further, we have put restrictions in place for non-essential business and personal travel. 


Ensuring a Safe and Clean Environment 

We have made it a priority to monitor our people for COVID-19 symptoms, and are following Health Canada’s guidance on all matters. We are requiring staff who feel ill, have traveled abroad or who have come into contact with an active COVID case to self-isolate for 14 days. 


Ensuring Business Continuity

Approximately 70% of our people are now working from home to minimize the likelihood of infection or spreading an infection across the company. This may change to 100% of the team working from home, should the need arise.
