Important updates to support services at Invatron. 

Announcing the creation of invatron's new customer success team

Invatron is pleased to announce the creation of our Customer Success Department, part of our continued commitment to providing the highest quality service to our Periscope customers. Previously post-implementation, a customer would have transitioned to working with our Support Team and their dedicated Sales Director. Now those two teams have merged into one organization, with Customer Success as the overarching framework. 

Our Key Principle

Our customers’ needs come first. From facilitating user adoption and generating financial benefits, to utilizing new features and responding to product enhancement ideas, our Customer Success Team will ensure you are maximizing the value of your investment in Invatron’s software and services.  


Our Customer Success team will act as your advocate. It doesn’t matter whether we are working on support issues or acting as a point of escalation - our team will be there for you.  

Welcome Rocky Ravindran

We are pleased to announce that Rocky Ravindran has joined our team as Director of Enterprise Sales. Rocky will be supporting current customers to ensure you are extracting value from the software and play a key role in supporting your retail strategic initiatives. Rocky will be reaching out to you over the coming weeks to understand your goals and explore areas of opportunity where other software modules of our product suite could add value to your business.  

Changes to Customer Support

We are also embarking on an initiative to further enhance our Customer Support services. As we add new customer relationships, we continue to add new resources to the Customer Support team and build out new solutions to better serve you. 

Next Steps

We want to align our needs with yours by taking your objectives and building them into a success plan to ensure you are getting a full return on investment from Invatron’s software. The first step to build out this plan will be to talk to key stakeholders to understand where you are seeing success and where we can better meet your needs. Both Rocky and I will be reaching out to each customer in the coming weeks.
